Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using https://puntacanaapartments.com (“the Site”) operated by Punta Cana Marina Hotel (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://puntacanaapartments.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Punta Cana Apartments and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Links To Other Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Punta Cana Apartments.

Punta Cana Apartments has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.

Governing Law
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dominican Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

Lea estos Términos de servicio (“Acuerdo”, “Términos de servicio”) cuidadosamente antes de utilizar http://puntacanaresortandhotel.com (“el Sitio”) operado por Punta Cana Resort and Hotel (“nos”, “nosotros”, o “nuestro”). Este Acuerdo establece los términos y condiciones legalmente vinculantes para su uso del Sitio en http://puntacanaresortandhotel.com.

Al acceder o utilizar el Sitio de cualquier manera, lo que incluye, entre otros, visitar o navegar por el Sitio o contribuir con contenido u otros materiales al Sitio, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos del Servicio. Los términos en mayúsculas se definen en este Acuerdo.

Propiedad intelectual
El Sitio y su contenido, características y funcionalidad originales son propiedad de Punta Cana Resort and Hotel y están protegidos por derechos de autor internacionales, marcas registradas, patentes, secretos comerciales y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual o de derechos de propiedad intelectual.

Terminación
Podemos cancelar su acceso al Sitio, sin causa ni aviso, lo que puede resultar en la confiscación y destrucción de toda la información asociada con usted. Todas las disposiciones de este Acuerdo que, por su naturaleza, deben sobrevivir a la rescisión, sobrevivirán a la finalización, incluidas, entre otras, las disposiciones de propiedad, exenciones de responsabilidad de la garantía, indemnización y limitaciones de responsabilidad.

Nuestro Sitio puede contener enlaces a sitios de terceros que no son propiedad ni están controlados por Punta Cana Resort and Hotel.

Punta Cana Resort and Hotel no tiene control ni asume ninguna responsabilidad por el contenido, las políticas de privacidad o las prácticas de los sitios o servicios de terceros. Ley que rige
Este Acuerdo (y cualquier otra norma, política o directriz incorporada por referencia) se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de la República Dominicana, sin dar efecto a ningún principio de conflicto de leyes.

Cambios a este acuerdo
Nos reservamos el derecho, a nuestro exclusivo criterio, de modificar o reemplazar estos Términos de servicio mediante la publicación de los términos actualizados en el Sitio. Su uso continuado del Sitio después de dichos cambios constituye su aceptación de los nuevos Términos de Servicio.

Por favor revise este Acuerdo periódicamente para los cambios. Si no está de acuerdo con cualquiera de este Acuerdo o cualquier cambio a este Acuerdo, no use, acceda o continúe accediendo al Sitio o interrumpa cualquier uso del Sitio de forma inmediata.
